Keith Crisco, election opponent of Clay Aiken has died in North Carolina Democratic house primary. He was 71 according to Courier-Tribune. Although, No immediate cause of death found, yet it is to believe cause of death can be life threatening injury in the fall of earlier days, a flight of stairs, causing him head injury suggested by Karl Roven.
Monday evening, Crisco’s family statement; “We are heartbroken to share the news that Keith has passed away after an accidental fall at his home this afternoon. Keith was our loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. He was a remarkable man with a tremendous dedication to his family and to public service. We appreciate the outpouring of love from our family and friends and all who knew him.”

Lawson said; after the contest Crisco was leaded by Aiken by fewer than 400 votes, unless Crisco appear from behind on the occasion of final tally of this week votes.
Earlier this year a campaign was launched by Crisco, seeking North Carolina’s Democratic nomination for 2nd congressional district. Crisco was standing and running against Aiken, who was a former runner-up of American Idol.
Aiken made the following statement on Twitter : “I am stunned and deeply saddened by Keith Crisco’s death. He was a gentleman, a good and honorable man and an extraordinary public servant.”
