Massachusetts Woman Sues Porn Company for Using her House to Shoot Porn

April 3, 2018 By Karen Jackson Leave a Comment

Porn Company Sued by Malcontent Landlord

The woman claims that the porn company representative never told her about shooting adult films in her home.

And this week’s piece of curious news comes all the way from historic Martha’s Vineyard where a woman has slapped a Canadian porn company with a federal lawsuit after she found out that dozens of adult movies were shot in the house she rented. A company’s lawyer insists that the landlord’s case is unfounded and that no breach of contract occurred.

Porn Company Dismisses Massachusetts Woman’s Claims

Leah Bassett is a Martha’s Vineyard resident and owner of a sumptuous home which, according to her claims, was raised and decorated with the help of her father.

In October 2014, Bassett was approached by Joshua Spafford, a representative of Mile High Distribution Inc, a Canadian-based film company that mainly produces adult films. Spafford shook hands with Bassett over renting her house for an extended winter, disclosing the details about what the company’s desire to rent her home.

Based on the woman’s claims and the landlord-tenant contract, the Martha’s Vineyard house was leased to the company between October 2014 and May 2015.

However, following a personal investigation, the woman realized, much to her bewilderment, that the home she rented to the said porn company was actually shooting pornographic movies in her house.

More than that, the woman stated in the recently filed federal lawsuit, that, according to her information, since the company moved in, it has shot approximately 24 adult films.

Bassett told the press that she was appalled to discover that the actors did ‘porn stuff’ in every area of the house, including the living room, kitchen, and bedrooms.

The woman declared that she Spafford and other members of the company deliberately hid from her the reason behind renting the house. Furthermore, the Martha’s Vineyard homeowner claims that the porn company also violated her intellectual right as most of the adult movies shot in her home featured her artwork.

April 2, 2018 By Cristopher Hall Leave a Comment

Cleveland Pastor Shot over Eggs

The Cleveland priest was mugged while he was returning to the church with a basket full of chicken eggs.

Last week, an Ohio court decided to trial two teenagers as adults for attempted murder. Amin Walker and Jaylen Miller, both from Collinwood, have been charged with wanting to gun down a Cleveland priest during a heist gone wrong. Three more teens will be charged in the case, prosecutors declared.

Cleveland Priest Was Mugged While Returning from the Church’s Chicken Coop

According to the court document, on the 12th of December, in the early hours of the morning, Reverent John Kumse, a St. Mary’s of the Assumption priest, left the church and went behind the back to retrieve a couple of eggs from the chicken coup.

Jaylen Miller and Amin Walker, both 16, snuck around the back as well and were hiding in the foliage, waiting for the priest to return. After collecting four eggs, the Cleveland priest returned to the church only to be cut off by Walker and Miller who demanded the eggs and anything of value he had.

Kumse told before the court that the teenagers were armed with pistols. Seeing that the two menacing teens, the Cleveland priest started running towards the church. That’s when Miller and Walker opened fire.

According to the investigators, the duo fired three shots towards the fleeing priest, but only two hit him. Realizing that the third bullet missed him, Kumse got up, fled from the courtyard and asked for help.

The two ran away and got into the getaway car driven by Kenitra Robinson, 18. Miller and Walker were taken into custody later that day after finding the van abandoned on a nearby street.

Fortunately, the Cleveland priest was rushed in time to the hospital, where the doctors managed to save him. The teenagers will answer before the law as adults. As far as their accomplices are concerned, the authorities are going to press more charges.

March 30, 2018 By Deborah Campbell Leave a Comment

Kentucky Mom Forces Daughter to Drink Booze

The Kentucky mom told the detectives that she merely wanted to prove a point.

On Wednesday, the Kentucky authorities arrested 34-year-old Miranda Polston of Somerset. The Kentucky mom was charged with criminal abuse after she forced her 14-year-old daughter to drink alcohol to the point of unconsciousness just to prove a point. The entire incident was recorded and the clip uploaded to social media.

Kentucky Mom Said She Wanted to Teach Her Daughter a Lesson about Drinking

On Wednesday, the authorities were summoned to a Somerset house after a disturbing video surfaced on social media. Miranda Polston, the social media user who created and uploaded the material, was arrested and charged with criminal abuse.

During her police interview, the Kentucky mother declared that on the 10th of March, she caught her 14-year-old daughter drinking alcohol and decided to teach her a lesson.

As a result, the woman forced the teen to drink more alcohol than she could handle in an attempt to make her sick. To make matters even more interesting, the Kentucky mom recorded the entire incident which she considers to be ‘amusing.’

Needless to say, the Somerset detectives were not amused by what they saw. The video depicts a young girl sitting on a chair or, better said, trying to hold on to the chair, while two small boys to be keeping her from falling off.

At one point, probably following his mother’s instructions, one of the boys offered the girl a bottle of alcohol. After taking only one sip, the 14-year-old comes crashing on the floor.

Following her arrest, the Kentucky mother declared that the whole situation was unfair and that she will file an appeal. Once more, she told the detectives that she did not want to injure her daughter but rather prove to her that alcohol is dangerous and that she would do well to stay away from it.

Brown claimed that Deer the goat has been at his side ever since his traumatic brain injury incident.

This week’s piece of odd new comes all the way from the city of Detroit, where a bus driver’s decision of telling a man to got take hike sparked a heated debate about the service animal. According to the authorities, the bus driver argued with the discontent citizen for several minutes about the man’s intent of riding the bus with Deer, his ‘service goat.’

Man with Goat Says He’s Got Papers Saying That Deer is His ‘Service Dog’

Who said that riding the bus should be dull? Certainly not the anxious Detroit passengers who were forced to wait a while longer to get home, after the bus driver got into an unusual argument with an individual.

According to an eyewitness, the bus driver was just about to close the door and go to the next station, when another passenger appeared in the door. There appeared to be nothing wrong with the individual until he started climbing the starts.

The bus driver quickly realized that the man was not riding alone but accompanied by than a goat.

At the sight of the animal, the bus driver told the man, later identified as Erick Brown, that the goat can’s go on the bus. Brown quickly became defensive and replied that his goat named Deer was not just an animal but a full-fledged service animal.

More than that, the man offered to show the bus driver some papers, attesting that Deer, the goat, was his ‘service dog.’

However, the driver reiterated the fact that animals are not allowed on the bus and Deer is certainly no service animal. As a result, the man and his goat had to walk home on foot.

Following the incident, the man filed a complaint against the public transportation company. However, the Detroit Department of Transportation declared that the bus driver acted right and that Deer was not a service animal but a therapy pet.

According to Brunelle’s arrest warrant, the Barnstable County man burglarized several homes while the tenants were at funerals or wakes.

Barnstable County Man Named the ‘Obit Bandit’ By Local Press

A Barnstable County Police Department spokesperson declared that, on Friday, Randy Brunelle, the individual who the press called the ‘Obit Bandit’ after his MO, was taken into custody.

The individual was arrested after traffic monitor officers stopped his car near Plymouth and discovered a rather large stash of jewelry and other objects stole from his victims.

According to the authorities, the ‘Obit Bandit’ had a rather peculiar way of choosing his targets. The man would consult the local newspapers’ obituary section to determine if he could plan a hit at the location.

Most of the times, while Brunelle broke into their homes, the owners were away either attending the funeral or wake of a relative.

The Barnstable County man came to the attention of the local authorities following a burglary in 2012. Back then, Brunelle entered the house of a Sandwich law enforcement official and stole valuables while the homeowner was attending his recently-departed mother’s funeral.

He was promptly arrested and served 18 months in prison before being released. Based on the reports, the Barnstable County authorities believe that the individual might have burglarized anywhere from two to seven houses since he was released from prison.

Conclusion

Brunelle’s most recent victim was a Cotuit homeowner who was attending his mother’s wake. The incident occurred on the 9th of February. Around the same period, Brunelle would target the home of an 89-year-old woman from Centerville but would shortly give up the job after discovering that the woman and her nurse were at home.

North Carolina Jesus Christ Breaks into Pizza Hut and Empties Mountain Dew Machines

Jesus Christ Caught Emptying Mountain Dew Machines in North Carolina

Man posing as Jesus Christ breaks into Pizza Hut restaurant.

On Wednesday, the North Carolina authorities had a rather a bizarre case to tackle. Claiming he was Jesus Christ returning to Earth, a 46-year-old man from North Carolina broke into a Pizza Hut restaurant and nearly emptied the Mountain Dew dispensers.

NC Jesus Christ Said People Were Mean to Him and He’s Surrounded by Judases

However unlikely it might sound, on Wednesday, at approximately 4:30 a.m., the North Carolina deputies were summoned to the High Point Pizza Hut to witness a strange miracle – Jesus Christ was standing, right there, in the middle of the restaurant, munching on pizza and chugging rivers of Mountain Dew.

The authorities who arrived at the location discovered a 46-year-old individual, later identified as Richard Lee Quintero. According to the restaurant’s employee, Quintero simply broke into the restaurant, and informed everyone, in the most conceivably casual way that he’s Jesus Christ and that he broke the window.

More than that, the half-crazed man said that there’s nothing wrong with the idea of Jesus Christ entering the restaurant and breaking a window. When he was confronted by one of the employees about what he was doing there, the man simply replied that he just sat down to eat a slice or two of pizza and drink some Mountain Dew.

The North Carolina version of Messiah didn’t seem too bothered by the sheriff’s deputies coming in and heading towards him. Reportedly, the man told the authorities that he was fed up with all the Judases in the world and that he hates everyone being mean to him on account of his schizophrenia.

After spending some time talking to the suspect, the authorities arrested the 46-year-old man and charged him with petty larceny and breaking and entering. The suspect was booked into county jail with no bail.

Yoselyn Ortega’s Son Claims Krim Kids Slaying. Were an Accident

March 23, 2018 By Karen Jackson Leave a Comment

Krim Kids Slaying Trial Continues

Yoselyn Ortega’s son, Jesus Frias, testified before the court that the Krim kids slaying was an unfortunate accident.

From utter despair to obtrusive outbreaks – these are words that best describe the Yoselyn Ortega trial, the woman who’s allegedly guilty of the 2015 Krim kids slaying. While last week, Miladys Garcia, Ortega’s sister baffled the prosecution with her supernatural explanations, this week, Jesus Frias, Ortega’s son offends the jury by calling the slaying ‘accidents.’

Son Claimed that the Krim Kids Slaying Was Nothing More than an Accident

Taking the stand on behalf of his mother, 22-year-old Jesus Frias testified before judge and jury. When confronted with the question regarding his mother’s motives for butchering Lulu and Leo on the 25th of October 2012, Frias responded that the unfortunate outcome of this story could be explained by Ortega’s deep-seated sadness.

However, Frias managed to outrage Stuart Silber, the assistant district attorney, and prosecutor, when he declared before the court that the deaths of Lulu and Leo were nothing more than accidents. Frias quickly made the necessary corrections and went on with his testimony.

According to Ortega’s son, his mother cared deeply for Lulu and Leo. He exemplified the tight bond between his mother and the Krim kids by recalling that the Lulu would often draw pictures of Ortega and that Mrs. Krim would put Lulu on the phone to talk to Ortega and to exercise her Spanish.

Of course, the prosecution also quoted from Miladys Garcia’s statement, specifically the part about the slayings being the family’s fault. Frias did not comment on that but said that her mother was under considerable pressure.

Conclusion

The young man was also questioned about Garcia’s claims regarding Ortega being assaulted by a supernatural entity she called ‘the black ma’ or ‘the black shadow.’ Frias stated that he had no knowledge of her mother’s encounter with the supernatural but claims that during their last phone call, he heard the voice of a man saying “I need help” just before the woman hung up.

State-Wide Manhunt for Forensic Psychologist Who Helped Patient Escape Mental Facility

March 22, 2018 By Nancy Young Leave a Comment

Forensic Psychologist and Patient on the Run.

Arkansas law enforcement officials votes for manhunt in case of forensic psychologist who helped patient escape.

The Arkansas authorities have announced that several state agencies have joined forces in mounting a state-wide manhunt for a 41-year-old forensic psychologist who helped a mental patient escape a Little Rock facility. Suspects were spotting fleeing the facility by security cameras.

Forensic Psychologist Used Access Card to Bust Out Mental Patient

During a recent press conference, the Arkansas authorities revealed that a state-wide manhunt had been mounted in order to capture 41-year-old Michelle Messer, an Arkansas State Hospital psychologist, and 46-year-old Cory Chapin, a patient with a severe mental condition.

According to the authorities, Messer entered the building on Tuesday night using her access card, traversed the forensic unit, went to the wing where Chapin was committed and opened his cell door. The security cameras affixed to the hospital’s courtyard captured the forensic psychologist running with Chapin.

At the moment, the authorities are trying to establish the relationship between the two and determined how Messer ended up caring for Chapin.

According to a document recently made public by the authorities, Chapin was arrested and charged in 2015 with theft, kidnapping, driving without a license, and drug possession of someone with a mental illness.

He was briefly acquitted on account of his mental illness and committed to the Little Rock facility. One year later, the patient who would claim in court that it was God who ordered him to kidnap his victim, managed to flee the state after the medical board granted him a two-day pass in order to visit his father.

Chapin would be apprehended in 2017 in Las Vegas and returned to the mental facility. Following his recommitment, the forensic psychologist would be called upon to handle his case.

And now, for reasons unknown, the woman not only facilitated his escape but ran away with him.

Shoplifters Nabbed After Walking Drunk into Police Station

March 22, 2018 By Cristopher Hall Leave a Comment

Police Station and Drunken Shoplifters.

Two shoplifters arrested in a single day after one of them walks drunk in police station.

Because a life of crime can sometimes be construed as a series of unfortunate events, we give you the case of two ‘professional’ shoplifter who got arrested after one of them walked drunk into the police station and asked for a ride home. His partner-in-crime was arrested after showing up to give his buddy a ride.

Shoplifters Were Wanted for Stealing Merchandise on Display, Authorities Declared

On Wednesday, the Delaware law enforcement officials arrested and charged with robbery 34-year-old Christopher McDowell and 48-year-old April J. Wright.

According to the authorities, the dynamic duo was wanted for theft following a grievance filed by a department store owner on the 22nd of February.

It would appear that both McDowell and Wright went inside the store with the intention of returning a defective product. While McDowell talked with a department store representative about a fake refund, Wright was checking the store for accessible merchandise.

After McDowell finished talking with the store’s staff member, Wright allegedly grabbed some of the merchandise put on display and went towards the exit. Apparently, neither the store’s staff nor the security agents were able to stop the woman from walking away with the unpaid merchandise.

The two of them decided to stay under the radar for a while, until Wednesday. According to a Delaware State Police spokesperson, on Wednesday night, McDowell, one of the shoplifters, simply walked inside the police headquarters and kept hollering about a ride home.

Conclusion

Of course, the authorities identified the man and took him into custody. The man was later released after posting his $1,000 bail and was allowed to call a friend or relative to come and pick him up. Fate has it that the person who came to the station for McDowell was none other than Wright.

The authorities arrested the woman and charged her with robbery. It’s not clear whether Wright posted bail or not.
