Google Will Soon Make Adult Blogs On Its Blogger Platform Disappear

Google will soon make disappear adult blogs on its Blogger platform that are not conform with its new anti-adult policies.

Every single one of the users behind and adult content writing blog, was announced on Monday by Google to delete the content that was sexually explicit otherwise their blog will be deleted from every form of access, exception making registered users.
So far, Google’s Blogger platform has allowed pictures that contained nudity or sexual behaviour and said that censoring that content was in contradiction with a service that was based on freedom of expression. But Monday, that concept changed, when Google “threatened” explicit content writers that their blogs will disappear if the adult images or videos will not be deleted.

Google warned about starting to take actions on March 23, 2015, if bloggers will not obey and do as they were asked.
There is a large variety of users on Blogger’s, and many of them are facing routinely sexual censorship. It is very important to understand that, many of those blogs have been labeled as adult content by the bloggers themselves whether it deserved it or not.
Presently, Blogger blogs, labeled with adult, include LGBT and sexuality diaries, erotic writings, transgender activists, editors and reviewers of romance books, reviewers of sex toys, nude art photographers, artists like comic illustrators and painters, writers of sex news, LGBT sex activism, sexual education, feminist porn, fetish fashion and way more.

The notice released by Google for Blogger users with adult content sounds something like this:

(…) In the coming weeks, we’ll no longer allow blogs that contain sexually explicit or graphic nude images or video. We’ll still allow nudity presented in artistic, educational, documentary, or scientific contexts, or presented where there are other substantial benefits to the public from not taking action on the content.”

Removing from search in every mean possible and allowing to access only by personal invitation or by registering is the closest thing Google could do to delete all the blogs together without being criticised for deleting a percentage of its user data base of Blogger.
We are not talking about illegal content, or that Christians don’t approve of Blogger, or malware danger, the actual Blogger community, or minor protection from porn, warning which already exists. Adult content has always been fighting for free speech and political dissent, thing which isn’t about to change very soon.

When Google forces its inappropriate Blogger blogs to lay low, it will affect more the internet than you can imagine. Many links that have been accessible on Blogger since its debut in 1999, will be broken all over the internet.

For example, with this new policy, a personal blog, dating from 2001, will cause the death of over 500 blogspot.com links. After the implementation of Google’s changes there will be impossible to find and discover adult content blogs on the Blogger platform.

The only way to manage finding an adult content blog, or any other blog that is against Google’s rules, will be by receiving an invitation straight from the Blogger user who is writing the blog. Even so, to be able to read a post, the person invited will be required to use a Google account to identify themselves or choose to view the post as a guest.

Adults blogs on Blogger, have already been restricted for those who don’t want to see the explicit content, whether is due to local laws, community of cultural principles, work restrictions or simply by personal choice.
Blogger’s Content Warning, which is already in use for these blogs, pops up and demands for agreement before proceeding. It warns you that the content you are about to view may have a content suitable for adults and in general Google doesn’t review or approve the content of these types of blogs.

Samsung Galaxy S6 New Rumors

There have been a lot of new rumors about the Samsung Galaxy S6 this past week. We were bombarded with numerous new details about the device before its launch. So we decided to take all those rumors and put them into a nice little list for your convenience, to read before the launch of the new Samsung flagship.

We’ve seen a lot of new details about Samsung’s new smartphone, such as the Galaxy S6 release date, the Galaxy S6 specs and, of course, the Galaxy S6 design. But recently there have been more Samsung Galaxy S6 new rumors than ever before as the launch of the new device is getting closer. Even Samsung is now promoting the smartphone with teasers about “The New Galaxy”.

The new mobile phone from the South Korean company, however, is probably the least secretive thing in the market and we’ll possibly see everything about the new device in the Samsung’s Unpacked event on March 1st. Inside the event, the company will reveal its new smartphone that will compete with the HTC One M9, LG G4, iPhone 6 and many more.

Galaxy S6 Release Date

The launch date of the Galaxy S6 is getting closer. We know this because the Galaxy S6 Edge and the Galaxy S6 were seen passing on their way to shelves through the Global Certification Forum. Certifications from the Global Certification Forum are just some of other many certifications the Galaxy S6 will get before its launch date.

The certifications are for two versions of the new smartphone. We expect to see the new device in two different forms, a Galaxy S6 Edge model and a normal one. These certs are great news but the company still has a long way to go before it is ready to make the new smartphones available to the public.

Galaxy S6 Battery Details

In the recent time we’ve seen a lot of new rumors about the Galaxy S6 battery. We’ve seen photos showing that the Galaxy S6 has a 2600 mAh battery. This information was also present in a report last week that claimed the new flagship from Samsung indeed comes with a 2600 mAh battery. This means that the battery on the S6 is 200 mAh smaller than that on the Galaxy S5.

If the company does end up using a smaller battery for the new device it means that there is a lot of confidence in the Exynos 7 chip that we expect to see in the Galaxy S6. We also expect to see a lot of software improvements too, that will help the device deliver a strong battery life without the company having to add to its bulkiness by using a big battery inside the smartphone.

There are also strong rumors that say the S6 will feature wireless charging.

Galaxy S6 Design Rumors

Samsung continues to tease about the Galaxy S6 design. All rumors have hinted at a design featuring metal and maybe glass too.

Samsung released a new teaser about the Galaxy S6 that hints at the smartphone’s form factor. The company posted a small teaser on Twitter that suggests the new device will feature a premium design that will utilize metal and glass.

We expect Samsung to release a device with a premium build quality like the iPhone 6 and finally please its fans all over the world.

Galaxy S6 Camera

The rumors about the Galaxy S6 camera initially hinted at a 20MP or 16MP sensor but it seems like Samsung settled for the 16MP sensor similar to the one in the Galaxy S5.

Samsung claims that they’ve made a lot of improvements on the camera but this doesn’t come as a surprise seeing how much it’s been mentioning the new camera in the past few weeks. The company has been very busy in promoting the camera on the new flagship so we expect it to deliver significant improvements and changes.

Galaxy S6 Storage

The rumors about the storage in the Galaxy S6 hint that the device will come in 32GB, 64GB and 128GB models. If carriers in the United States will release more than one model, expect the smartphones to be priced accordingly. More storage means more money in the smartphone market.

We expect Samsung to make the models with more storage at least $50 more expensive. Samsung already did something similar with the 16GB and 32GB models of the S4. The 16GB model of the Samsung Galaxy S4 was $199.99 and the 32GB one was $250.

Galaxy S6 Price

We expect that the on-contract price of the new Samsung Galaxy S6 to be about the same as previous Galaxy devices. Samsung seems like they have always tried to match the prices of its competitor, Apple. The base 16GB model iPhone 6 is priced at $199.99 on contract. We don’t expect Samsung to make its S6 more expensive than that, or at least, not by a lot.

We expect that the new Samsung Galaxy S6 to be made of metal, and to come with very powerful new features. However, this premium build and great features are also present in HTC One series and the iPhone 6 and both of them have a price of $199.99 in the United States. A much steeper price than that might scare away potential customers. This is not a risk that Samsung can afford to take this year. Mainly because the mobile market is struggling and there are a lot of affordable great Android devices out there already. Not to mention the sales the iPhone 6 has seen.

Galaxy S6 Edge Price

There are rumors that Samsung will also launch a Galaxy S6 Edge. But the new device will have its screen bent on both sides, unlike the Galaxy Note Edge.

The Note Edge is $100 more expensive than the regular Galaxy Note 4. Samsung said that this technology is intended for high-end consumers. The Galaxy S6 Edge will probably have a similar price distinction.

We expect the Galaxy S6 Edge to be at least $100 more expensive than the regular model. This means that some providers will offer the curved display smartphone for $300 or more on the on-contract deal.

Galaxy S6 Expensive Off-Contract

We really don’t expect that Samsung will follow in the steps of the Nexus and make its device cheap off-contract.

We expect that the new flagship from Samsung to cost around $600. This price seems to be the standard for new phones such as the iPhone 6 and Samsung followed this trend for years. If the device will be cheaper than $600 it will definitely shock us.

Galaxy S6 Edge Very Expensive Off-Contract

The Galaxy S6 Edge is expected to be very expensive off-contract. If the curved model of the Galaxy S6 will be more expensive than the regular one by $100 on-contract, we really expect the South Korean company to price it somewhere between $700 and $800 off-contract.

This will probably scare some of Samsung’s customers but we don’t believe it cares all that much. The Galaxy S6 Edge is a premium smartphone that will definitely come with a premium price. We don’t expect it to be anything less than very expensive.

Galaxy S6 Similar Prices

No carriers will get away with pricing the device $100 more than others. Most of the times, all the carriers and retailers in the United States offer the smartphones at around the same price.

In the past we’ve seen Sprint tried to charge $50 more on-contract but the carrier always drops the price to match AT&T and Verizon’s price point.

Galaxy S5 Price Drop

We expect that the Galaxy S5 will get a price drop from the $199.99. It will probably cost around $90 on-contract. The older Galaxy S5 is still a pretty great smartphone and carriers in the United States will possibly offer the older device as an alternative to the more expensive Galaxy S6.

We also believe that refurbished Galaxy S6s will see the light of day after a few months after its release. We saw AT&T offer a Galaxy Note 4 that’s been refurbished for $250. Granted, this isn’t actually a steal, however it’s still a pretty decent deal.

Galaxy S6 vs iPhone 6

The iPhone 6 Plus and iPhone 6 are two of the best smartphones available and they will be a serious competition for the new Galaxy S6. Things look like they will get more serious as Samsung confirmed it has bought LoopPay. This service is expected to help the company battle with Apple’s new ApplePay service.

LoopPay works with 90 percent of retail locations and over 10,000 cards and banks. The system doesn’t use NFC for payment and instead sends a wireless signal to the reader of the magnetic card. There is already a product sold by the company that works with Android phones and we expect that the Samsung Galaxy S6 will feature a LoopPay system built in.

The Best Four LG Smartphones To Choose From

The G Flex, has a special curved design that that follows the contour of its face.

Screen size and display

The G3, the latest smartphone, of the South Korean company, features a display of 5.5-inch, 1440 x 2560. Its screen is bigger than its predecessor as the G2’s screen is of 5.2 inches and a display of 1080×1920 pixels.
The G Pro 2 has a larger screen of 5.9-inches, a display of 1080 x 1920, but the phone with the largest screen is the G Flex model, with a screen of 6.0-inches, and a 720 x 1080 display. When it comes to pixel density, the G3 smart phone has the best looking screen.

Camera

All four smart phones have similar 13 MP back cameras and 2.1MP frontal cameras. Both models, G3 and G2, own LG’s optical image stabilisation option, but the feature has been much improved in the G3 compared to G2.

Hardware

The G3, has embedded a quad core Snapdragon 801processors and 3GB of RAM and thanks to this, the G3 is the most powerful of all of them.G2 and G Flex both have a quad core Snapdragon 800 processor and only 2GB of RAM, and the G Pro 2 has the exact quad core processor but owns 3GB of RAM.

Memory

The G3 has an internal memory of 32GB and a microSD card slot that allows the expanding of the memory with almost 128GB, but the G2 doesn’t have the ability of storage expansion in some markets, to add to its 32GB worth of internal memory.

The same problem appears also in the G Flex, which has been built without any expandable memory options to add to its internal memory of 32GB. On the other hand, G Pro 2 has the expandable memory feature, and can be added up to 64GB, to its internal memory of 32GB.

So in the end it all depends on the preferences of each user, when trying to decide which LG smartphone is the most suited to buy. But, of course, that the last model of LG, the G3 is the most advised to get.

iPad Air 2 Was Used To Shot A Film Narrated By Martin Scorsese

Apple devices never seize to amaze us with their abilities. iPad Air 2 was used to shot a film narrated by Martin Scorsese.

In 2010, Apple showed its first commercial for iPad, during the 81st edition of the annual Academy Awards. So returning to prove their technology in matter of tablets, has evolved it is very normal. This year, Apple is making its strongest point to show that the iPad is a powerful film making tool.

On the background of the new add, which was launched Sunday, is playing Our Hearts Like Gold, by Groenland. Martin Scorsese, the director in a voiceover, talks about creativity and how every step you take is a first step, every brush stroke is a test, every scene is a new lesson, every shot is like a school.

For the commercial, Apple collaborated with the LA County High School for the Arts, a school of performing and visual arts situate din Los Angeles. Filmmaker students were given iPads and shot their project in a weekend and the making off of the filming was shot using an iPad Air 2.

Like in most of the Apple commercials, Scorsese never talks about the Apple iPad Air, apps for movie making and the entire process of shooting who decided to film a movie with an iPad. The spot, with a length of one minute, features clips from different teams using the tablet to film and edit a diversity of scenes.

At the end of the notes, as a small text accessory, the students have used some extra hardware, which included a boom mic, dolly and a radio controlled airplane. But all the rest was completed by using the apps for the iPad from the App Store.

Things that cannot be seen but have been related, is that the commercial was similar to the one that aired during the Grammy awards earlier this month, which has been filmed entirely with the iPad Air2. The iSight camera of the tablet, supports 1080p 30fps video.

This only makes us wonder if Scorsese, the director of movies like The Departed and Taxi Driver, would ever take into consideration shooting and entire movie on a tablet. According to Apple, the film director is presently shooting a movie outside the United States and couldn’t be reached for comments.

Apple is well known for using the Oscars to put a light on its products. The first ad created for an iPhone, titled “Hello”, first aired in 2007, with several months before the original device went on sale and the first iPad ad, was first released during the Oscars, three years later.

Could LG G Flex 2 Actually Be A Menace For Galaxy S6?

LG G Flex 2 has proved to be a fierce contender for the place of one of the best smart phones and rumours has it that it might be a threat for the Galaxy S6. Could LG G Flex2 actually be a menace for Galaxy S6?

The reviews received by LG G Flex 2 have been pretty amazing, preparing the phone for its release in stores, set for March13.
But the question is: Could LG G Flex2 be a threat to other phone brands on the market? So far, LG has not had the same success as Apple or Samsung, but it is possible that LG Flex 2 will change all of that?

Putting the LG G Flex 2 face to face with the iPhone can raise a lot of questions. Does the device created by LG have what it takes to attract iOS lovers over to the Android side? Even if the G Flex 2 might have higher end specs than iPhone 6, that’s not necessarily the deciding factor when it comes to iPhone fans.

The factor that helps Apple followers to decide, is the software. Thing which seems to be totally true, as the market has plenty of Android phones with higher end specs than the iPhone. Among those phones LG G Flex 2 has most certainly a well established position but this doesn’t meant that it will be the phone that will take the place of the iPhone. The G Flex 2 is still running Android, thing which right now Apple lovers are into.

What is even more interesting is try imagining how the device will compare to the Samsung Galaxy S6 which is approaching it’s release. When it comes to Android phones, the LG G Flex 2 offers some unique features.

One of the obvious different features is the curved display of the phone. Many people have stated that the curved display feels very good in the hand and also the face, when taking on the phone. Apart from that, it allows users to reach more easily all the areas of the phone with the use of one hand.

There are others, who consider that the curved display is weird and was designed just to attract attention. For those who believe so, for sure the Galaxy S 6 will be a much better option. But the G Flex 2 is not just a phone with a curved screen. What’s hiding behind its pretty looks, is much more interesting.

The phone has a Snapdragon 810 processor, which rumors say, that it has been removed from the Samsung Galaxy S6, because they encountered many issues. The replacement of it, chosen by Samsung, is reported to be Exynos 7 processor.

The only thing we can do, is wait and let the reviews decide which one of the two phones will be in the top of preferences. But if Samsung has indeed changed its processor, it will perform much better than the Snapdragon 810.

Another thing that has to be taken into consideration is the market time the G Flex 2 has had compared to Galaxy S6. Samsung has been very careful not to reveal many things about the new Galaxy, even though there have been many leaks.

Even so, Samsung Galaxy S smartphone series will remain the rulers of the Android phones and for the LG G Flex 2 to take the place of the Galaxy S6 or even the iPhone, situation should change 180 degrees, in order for that to happen.

Apple watch will be finally released and all of those who have been waiting for it like warm bread can breath, lay back and count the days until its release. Apple smart watch design and features might create a technology hysteria.

The exterior of the smart watch is coated with sapphire, and Apple went for a geeky chic look.

The release date is set for April and rumours are saying that Apple employees are already wearing the long awaited watches.

Producers haven’t given many details regarding the battery life of the watch, but they hinted that the watch is designed to be worn all day and is very easy to charge during the night. In a conference which took place in October, Tim Cook, state that they believe people will enjoy the smart watch so much that they will end up having to charge it every day. Affirmation which could mean that, the battery life of the Apple smart watch should be of one day, similar to Moto 360, Samsung Gear Live and LG G.

A spokes person of the company somehow confirmed the theory that the watch requires to be charged daily but also that Apple was working on changes to give the battery more life. Other smart watches on the market like LG G Watch R, Sony SmartWatch and ASUS ZenWatch, are able to reach a battery life of a day and a half due to the software update, Android Wear.

The spread of rumours that Apple’s smart watch battery lasts only 2.5 hours have no base and are unfounded.

Previous rumours have stated that the iWatch would have a battery of 400mAh, but producers have refused to give that information away, for now. They only mentioned about the unique charging method of the watches. The back crystal of the device is based on a magnetic induced wireless charging, a method resemblant to MagSafe design.

With this, Apple might start a new trend, increasing the popularity of Qi wireless charging and leaving aside the classic one.

Price

The price will start from $349, given all the technology involved, meaning 233 pounds in the UK and AU$403 in Australia. Comparing the price to other brands, the Android Wear watches, included Samsung Gear Live, sold for $200 and LG G Watch sold for $230 when they were first launched. But Apple’s biggest competitor comes from Motorola and is called Moto 360, which sells for $249.

Given all the work that has been put into it, Apple is aiming for a luxury watch, as it has a sapphire display protection, two seizes, an impressive digital crown and also 18k gold coloured edition. For that version, prices should be much higher.

The number of the apps keeps increasing, even before the release of the watch, and curious users can even try out the watch before deciding to buy one.

Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 AnTuTu Results

The Snapdragon 810 AnTuTu result was 61,499. This is a record breaking result for the popular benchmark tool from AnTuTu.

After it has been scarred with overheating concerns and long lasting delays in the recent weeks (claims that have been entirely rejected by the company), it seems like the Snapdragon 810 that features a 64 bit 1.56GHz octa-core is going to make it to smartphones after all. And with the results we got from our testing, we can honestly say that you couldn’t wish for any more power than this.

According to the tests we’ve performed on it, the high performance, high profile Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 chipset seem like it’s offering even more power than the Exynos chip that will most likely power Samsung’s new Galaxy S6 smartphone.

Keep in mind that benchmarks offer just an indication of how the chipset will perform in an actual tablet or smartphone. However, these tests showed us an insight of what we can expect the chipset to deliver when actually being used inside a device. The Snapdragon 810 put on a 2K display in an Android 5.0.2 test unit, revealed to us a score of 61,499 in the very popular test suite from AnTuTu. This is definitely a record-breaking score.

Samsung’s Exynos 7420 chip, according to some recently leaked information recorded a score in the same benchmark of 60,978. The South Korean company ditched Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 810 chipset in favor of the Exynos 7420 one. Even though there isn’t much of a difference in the scores of the Snapdragon 810 and Exynos 7420, there is definitely a huge gap between Qualcomm’s newest chipset and the older Snapdragon 805 and 801.

Samsung Galaxy Note 4, powered by the 805 scored in the benchmark tests in AnTuTu 49,136 and the Sony Xperia Z3, powered by the 801 scored 42,334. On top of this, it seems that Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 810 chipset offers more processing power than Apple’s A8 chip which can be found in iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus. The Apple A8 chip scored “only” 46,940.

Even though Samsung has not yet confirmed that it will use its own Exynos chip in the Galaxy S6, numerous reports definitely point toward that direction. Even Qualcomm admitted that a major customer has dropped them as manufacturers of chipsets in favor of others.

Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 810 chipset is expected to be used in many upcoming smartphones and other devices. It’s also been said that it will power the Sony Xperia Z4, the LG G4 and HTC One M9. For the people that plan to purchase one of the new tide of flagship devices, do not worry, this chip does not compromise the life of the battery in favor of sheer performance.

Other than offering great power, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 also supports 4K displays, many battery management adjustments made especially so that your high-end smartphone of choice will go through a day full of heavy use with great ease, as well as enhanced camera specifications along with many other impressive new features.

The first device that will use the new Snapdragon 810 chip from Qualcomm has been recently unveiled. The LG G Flex 2 is set for launch later this month.

YouTube Kids Soon To Be Released

The days refusing to let your child watch cartoons on YouTube by himself as you were afraid he/she would watch something inappropriate are over. YouTube Kids soon to be released,is a new app for children that will run only cartoons and kids shows.

According to YouTube’s product manager, Shimrit Ben-Yair, they have been receiving a lot of demands from parents who were asking them if there was a way of making YouTube a better place for children.

The new app released by Google Inc.’s online video service will be available for smartphones and tablets and reportedly, it should feature original episodes of popular tv shows for children, such as “Thomas the Tank Engine” and “Sesame Street”, but would also include content from the plenty of kids friendly channel featured on YouTube, reported a source familiar with the subject.

Tuesday night has been released a screen shot of the app, which showed the titles mentioned above but there were also mentioned “Reading Rainbow”, “Mother Goose Club” and many others. The app will be called YouTube kids and is expected to be free and will work as a separate app, from the mainstream YouTube app. The design of the new app will have a kids friendly look, minimal scrolling and bulbous icons, added the source.

The home screen, will have large tiles, with images of popular television shows and four simple icons consisting of, music, shows, explore and learning, which will allow children to browse trough the top videos. Trough the list of approved content, there will be National Geographic Kids videos, and the puppet masters from the Jim Henson Company.

The app will also include features for parents, for example there will be available a timer which parents could use to control how much video kids are allowed to watch. However, there is one small thing, that might disappoint certain people, for the beginning, YouTube kids will not run on Apple devices. After the release, the app will be available only for Android operating system devices.

Google is planning to announce the new app on February 23d, when the executive of YouTube, Malik Ducard, will appear at the Kidsscreen Summit, a conference regarding the kids entertainment industry. Launching an app like this, that is destined for children use, Google will have to agree with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, which is inspected by the Federal Trade Commission.

One of the COPPA rules, states that websites that are created for children must notify parents if collecting personal information.

So far, it is not clear whether the new app will generate money for YouTube, and another thing that is uncertain is how would content associates make money. There is the option of generating revenue by advertising ads in the app, but this seems to be still under discussion. Deciding to do so, Google will surely find a lot of advertisers willing to buy spots.

The vice president and media director of advertising agency, Starcom, Darcy Bowe, stated that her clients are affected by the lack of digital advertising places adjusted for children. Instead, they tend to put more money into television ads. Until now, YouTube has not been an option, as the site is designed for people from the age 13 and above, Bowe added.

When asked if they would be willing to advertise on a kids-safe YouTube app, Bowe, replied that everybody would be interested and would love the idea.

YouTube videos addressed to children have had an incredible audience, the family entertainment channels have risen with 200% in views, every year, compared to 50% for the rest of the site.
