Destiny is an upcoming online persistent first person shooter game. The developers and publishers are planning to launch it for Xbox one and PS4 on the 9th of September. The game signifies a big change in the technique with which the users play first person shooter.
Most of the online role-playing characteristics are making it more like a console game. Destiny release would be a big thing and all the buyers will certainly look for the best Destiny deals on the day of release.
Destiny is one of the most biggest and high profile game of the year. However, there are not several Destiny deals available apart from Destiny special edition PS4 bundle.
Destiny Deals On Best Buy:
Best Buy, the American multinational electronic retails is offering relatively better destiny deals as compare to others. People who possess My Best Buy membership will get a $10 gift certificate on the purchase of Destiny. The deal incorporates every edition of the game.
People who will buy Destiny for Xbox One, PS4, PS3 or Xbox 360 will get Best But gift cards along with their pre-orders.
Fortunately, membership of My Best is free of cost for everyone. The company presents some other rewards such as free shipping on order of $35 or more.
At the end of last year, Best Buy launched My Best Buy Gamers Club Unlocked program. The program is especially for gamers who often buy video games for others at its retail locations. It gives a discount of 20 percent on the purchase of every game from the retailers. In short, a person, who will avail Best buy Destiny Deal will get an extra 20 percent discount with that gift certificate. The buyer can use that $10 gift card for anything present in the store or website.
Sadly, a person has to pay $119.99 in order to become a member of the Best Buy Gamers Club. However, the membership will last for two years from the date of purchase.
Destiny Deals On Microsoft:
The Microsoft Store, the retail department of the software company which makes Xbox One is offering a limited Destiny deal. The deal comes without any restriction of membership card, but discount cards or game trade-in is essential. The retailer is also offering a $10 gift card with every pre-order of Destiny that can be utilized for anything. It could be another game from the Xbox store or a television show. The only restriction which comes along with Microsoft’s Destiny deals is the time limit. The user will need to redeem the gift card code on their Xbox Live account before 2016. They will lose the entire gift card if they would not avail it before the given time.
Furthermore, Microsoft says that people who order physical copies of Destiny before the 5th of September will get hold of their game on the release day.
Other Destiny Deals:
The only question gamers are asking is where are the other destiny deals. The answer is simple that other deals depend upon the popularity of the game. The company has on-aired advertisements for Destiny several months ago. On the other hand, Activision an American video game publisher has created the hype for this game since two years. Therefore, retailers are certain that they will generate a large amount of profit on this game even without special deals.
In the beginning of August, GameStop declared that it would not concentrate on deals anymore. The company decided to cut down the prize for its games and increased trade-in value instead of deals. Therefore, there is not any 30%-50% deals announced from GameStop which it used to offer for other titles. It will surely compel gamers to join the company’s Power-up Reward program. Power up Rewards buyers pay $14.99 a year and get 10% bonus on everything they purchase.
When Destiny releases it will come in various versions. Players who will buy directly from their console will have to choose a standard version of the game which will cost more. Two high-end official Destiny Special editions will also be available.
