Lenovo intending to offer a low cost Android tablet to their user with amazing features. The company set to launch their Tab S8 this month for just $199.
Lenovo’s Tab S8 is powered by an Intel’s quad core Atom chip generally known as Bay Trail, which promises some serious gaming or video editing capabilities. The device will be powered by Google’s Android 4.4 OS that is generally termed as KitKat that will facilitate its users with great computing experience.
This tablet will surely attract lots of customers since it offers some extremely expensive features at reasonable price. For instance, this 8 inch product offers 1920 x 1200-pixel resolution, which is being used by one of the rivals, Nexus 7 but at a price of $229.
The device is light enough to lift with one hand, since it is merely 7.81 millimeters thick and weighs 294 grams. It is thinner and lighter as compared to the Dell Venue 8 that is of .74 pounds and .35 inches thick. However the costs of both the two tabs are similar.
The battery life of S8 is over 7 hours. Other features of Tab S8 would be 2GB of RAM and 16 GB of Internal memory and front facing improved speakers.
The rear camera of Tab S8 is 8 MegaPixel with an f2.2 lens for better low-light performance. Whereas, the front camera is 1.6 Mega Pixel which gives great video calling experience.
The tab will be shipped in several countries initially. Most of the Lenovo’s tablets with screen sizes less than 10 inches are powered by Android.
