Zelnick clearly said that the reason behind the release on other consoles is to target the remaining 6.9 billion on Earth. Exaggeration aside, but this statement of Zelnick almost makes everyone laugh, since there are several people on Earth who do not have adequate money to even buy food.

Recently, Rockstar has released some information about the features of GTA5 PC with an official GTA5 gameplay video.
